2024 Denver Parade of Homes feature new design ideas

The Parade of Homes, the hallmark event hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, returns Aug. 8, and runs through Aug. 25 with its premier home exhibition and architectural tour along the Front Range. 

The 2024 Denver Parade of Homes will showcase a wide range of new homes, from attainable condos, no-maintenance townhomes and paired homes to custom built, high-end luxury, state-of-the-art homes all for sale along the Front Range. Highlights include:

  • 79 newly designed model, custom homes by 27 area residential builders located in neighborhoods throughout Metro Denver from Longmont to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora.
  • Six luxury “Dream Homes” that cost more than $1.3 million.
  • One featured Parade community, Sterling Ranch, where visitors will be able to tour nine homes by seven builders in one neighborhood. 
  • Homes priced from $205,000 to $2.19 million.
  • Fifth annual People’s Choice Awards, allowing Parade-goers to vote for their favorite homes and features.
