Building on the success of its London counterpart (the next edition of which is slated for February 25-26, 2026), the Workspace Design Show Amsterdam will run parallel to, and complement, the London show. Hall 5 of the RAI Amsterdam will host international companies and key players from the Benelux region as they showcase the latest workplace developments. The show’s theme, “Multi-sensoriality,” explores how sound, light, texture, and space can revolutionize the way we experience the modern workspace.

An essential part of the event is the rich panel of talks and conferences that brings together the ideas of over 120 professionals, designers and architects from companies such as UNS, Shell, OMA, EDGE, Booking, Adidas, MVRDV, JLL, Amazon and Colliers: 35 events distributed between Workspace Design Talks, Occupiers Forum and Workplace Experience Talks.

The beating heart of the Workspace Design Show is its extensive and rich exhibition showcase. There will be more than 150 exhibitors present, offering everything from modular furniture to acoustic solutions, ergonomic seating to lighting, coverings and smart technologies. Many big names in the office sector will be present, including Vepa, Pedrali, Kvadrat, Interface, Tarkett, Interstuhl, Andreu World, Kettal, Humanscale, and Vitra, among many others, showcasing the new frontiers of the sector through their collections: sustainability first and foremost, but also new materials, increasingly ergonomic designs and flexible solutions. Some examples? Let’s start with innovative materials.

Lino Materiale by Tarkett is a new interpretation of linoleum with a tactile surface inspired by fabrics, made from 96% natural ingredients, 83% of which are renewable and organic. Then there is In The Mix by Interface, a new flooring solution inspired by terrazzo but extremely high-performance and more flexible in design than traditional terrazzo, available in modular tiles and six neutral colours. And finally, Waves, the acoustic curtain by Kvadrat Acoustics: designed to integrate seamlessly into existing building structures, Waves offers a flexible acoustic solution that creates private spaces with high acoustic and visual comfort within larger environments.

SPIX by Nowy Styl

When it comes to modular solutions, Vepa and designer Ineke Hans present Wireworks: a modular room-in-room solution that supports various working styles while creating a rare sense of comfort in the office. The open architecture, characterised by round openings similar to windows and window sills, is inspired by the structure and intimacy of a caravan. Nowy Styl joins the fray with its new SPIX acoustic booths, designed to ensure a quiet office environment and greater concentration. Three versions are available: Phone Pod (1 person), Focus Pod (up to 2 people) and Meet Pod (up to 4 people), combining modern design, maximum comfort and smart technologies.

Humanscale will also be a key player at the exhibition, celebrating 25 years of its iconic Freedom Chair with the launch of the limited edition Freedom 25 Signature, in honour of designer Niels Diffrient. The chair revolutionised the world of office seating with its intuitive ergonomics and pioneering features such as weight-sensitive backrest, synchronised armrests and dynamic head support.
