DBPlus honored at Asia’s Best Workspace Design Award 2024

This accolade honors the Apache Vietnam Research and Development Center Project in Tien Giang Province in southern Vietnam, which exemplifies a blend of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainable design.

The Vietnamese interior design and construction industry is experiencing robust growth, offering numerous opportunities for businesses.

In 2023, the global furniture market reached US$694.32 billion in 2022, and is expected to reach US$931.9 billion in 2027 with an estimated annual industry growth rate (CAGR) of 4.5%.

According to local import-export statistics, furniture is one of the 10 main export items of Vietnam in recent times.

This growth is paving the way for interior design and construction companies, especially those capable of meeting the increasingly diverse and sophisticated needs of customers. It also highlights the significance of awards like the AADA, which celebrate achievements in architecture and design across Asia.

The Apache R&D Center is designed around the concept of “The Place Where Legend Reborn,” creating a flexible, human-centered workspace that inspires energy, drives new achievements, and fosters community building.

According to a Deloitte survey, 94% of respondents say they would benefit from work flexibility, with the top gains being less stress, improved mental health, and better integration of work and personal life.

With this in mind, DBPlus has developed a workspace that is flexible, adaptive, and inspiring, catering to a variety of individual working styles.

The project spans 13,600 square meters and features entertainment and sports facilities, open spaces, and event areas. The large auditorium on the 4th floor, with a capacity of 1,000 people, stands out as an impressive highlight, designed to accommodate large-scale events.

The success of the Apache R&D Center project extends beyond the AADA 2024 award. It is also reflected in clients’ satisfaction and the positive impact on employee productivity, engagement, and work culture.

According to Trinh Minh Nhat, General Director of DBPlus, Apache represents a milestone in the company’s development.

DBPlus has its own philosophy and a long-term roadmap, integrating various technological solutions to bridge the gap and language barrier between customers and the company. “This will enable us to build a better work environment, improve quality of life, and create a more sustainable company,” Nhat said.

Building on its success in office design and construction, DBPlus continues to demonstrate its strategic vision by expanding its business through DBHomes.

Specializing in home interior design and construction, DBHomes is dedicated to creating happy living spaces and realizing the dream of an ideal home for every family.

The ownership of a 5,000-square-meter module factory in Thu Duc City affirms DBPlus’s capabilities in the interior market, meeting market demands with production capacity and attention to detail.

The company remains steadfast in maintaining sustainable growth and affirming its position in the market while contributing to the overall development of the interior design and construction industry.
