ORGATEC, the global benchmark for workspace design, technology, and facility innovation, opened its first-ever Indian edition today at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai—marking a major milestone for India’s commercial interiors and office solutions industry. With 103 exhibitors from over 10 countries and more than 8,000 trade visitors expected, ORGATEC India 2025 is set to redefine how workplaces in India are designed, automated, and experienced.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by key dignitaries including Mr. Nirupam Chaudhuri (Director, NASSCOM), Ms. Bharti Singh Kalappa (Head of Facilities, Noida International Airport), Ms. Sakhee Chandrayan (Founder & President, INBAC), Dr. Mala Singh (Chairperson, IGBC Mumbai Chapter), Mr. Makarand Kulkarni (CRISP Contributor & Senior Leader – Facilities Operations), Mr. Ajay Bhatt (CRISP Contributor & Group Head – Corporate Services, Godrej Industries Group), along with Oliver Frese (COO, Koelnmesse GmbH) and Milind Dixit (Managing Director, Koelnmesse India).

India’s office sector continues to scale rapidly—Grade-A office leasing surpassed 70 million sq. ft. in 2024, while flexible workspace demand has grown 57% year-on-year. With organisations prioritising ESG-compliant workplaces, wellness-centric interiors, AI-driven facility automation, and human-centric design, ORGATEC India arrives at a pivotal time for the country’s USD 150-billion workspace transformation market.

Mr. Nirupam Chaudhuri, NASSCOM, said, “ORGATEC India seamlessly blends technology, design, and human experience to shape future-ready workplaces. As work evolves beyond fixed locations, intelligent and sustainable environments are essential for productivity and well-being.”

Ms. Bharti Singh Kalappa, Noida International Airport, noted, “ORGATEC India is a vibrant confluence of ideas shaping tomorrow’s workplaces. Such platforms are essential as India leads the global transformation of work environments.”

With the corporate wellness market crossing USD 2.5 billion and office furniture set to grow beyond USD 7 billion by 2030, this platform offers Indian decision-makers access to global-standard solutions.”

Industry leaders including INBAC, IGBC, CRISP, and Godrej Industries endorsed ORGATEC’s role in driving innovation, sustainable practices, and collaboration across the built environment.

The show floor hosts leading workspace solution brands such as Interio by Godrej, Nilkamal EDGE, Wipro, Kokuyo, Spacewood, Humanscale, AFC Systems, Ozone India, Haworth, Framery, WINTECH, PARE, Donati, Talin, and Kubik—spanning furniture, ergonomics, lighting, acoustics, automation, IT integration, and facility systems.

ORGATEC India 2025 also features an influential lineup of discussions under the Workplace Dialogues series, with CXOs from real estate, design, IT, and facilities sharing insights on hybrid work, ESG-ready design, neuro-design, sustainability, AI-driven planning, and wellness-centric environments.
