Workspace Design Show (5–6 November 2025, RAI Amsterdam) showcases the latest transformative workplace interiors products — from furniture, seating, lighting, acoustics, surfaces, biophilia, tech, and more.

The show is a meeting place for the workplace community to share ideas and insights, and to form connections and relationships that inspire the next generation of workplace projects. Over 140 speakers from leading architects, interior designers, occupiers, design & build firms, commercial real estate, and developers will share thought leadership on the future of workplace strategy, culture, design, and experience.

The Benelux workplace design community will gather to explore how multi-sensory design is reshaping the way we work. Alongside 150+ international exhibitors, visitors will encounter interactive features and installations created by M Moser Associates, Biophilic Design Academy, Casper Schwarz Architects, UNS, Mecanoo, and Tank Design.

The show will also host the FRAME Awards, celebrating excellence in design and innovation across the industry. The conference programme will feature 140+ influential voices from leading architecture, design, and occupier brands.

Highlights:
Five fully immersive feature spaces designed by leading studios, UNS, Casper Schwarz Architects, M Moser Associates, Mecanoo, and Biophilic Design Academy, transforming every corner of Hall 5 into a sensory experience.
Living installations you can step inside, hear, touch, shift and interact with, from acoustic sound-wave stages to circadian-lit lounges and moss-inspired biophilic playgrounds.
Each concept is rooted in a human story; from ear-inspired acoustics to sunrise-to-sunset lighting, moodboards built in the forest, and spaces mapped from real human behaviour rather than floorplans.
Wireless headsets across all talks, guaranteeing total immersion in a buzzing trade show environment.

Design Talks Space
The Design Talks Lounge is a dynamic space where experiences, stories, and connections unfold. Colour guides, textures engage, and shifting light gently inspires fresh perspectives. Transforming with every gathering, the lounge is a sustainable meeting ground where repurposed elements dissolve boundaries — inviting people to connect, share, and reimagine what’s possible together.

Occupiers Forum Space, designed by Casper Schwarz Architects and sponsored by FacilityLinq
The design is inspired by “speakers” — both as voices and as objects. Floating forms and color gradients echo sound waves, guiding focus to the stage. Transparent boundaries create an immersive world, amplifying the experience of engaging speakers and drawing the audience into their stories — highlighting connection, creativity, and collective inspiration.

Workplace Experience Talks, designed by Mecanoo and sponsored by Branding Office Furniture
Mecanoo’s pavilion for the Workspace Design Show explores the evolving nature of the modern working environment – collaborative, human-centred, and increasingly diverse. Designed with intentionally ambiguous borders, the pavilion invites interaction and curiosity, blurring the lines between inside and outside, formal and informal, and encouraging spontaneous engagement from every angle.
